    Bank Assurance Officer

    Job Description

    The Bancassurance Officer will promote and sell insurance products through bank channels.

    The role focuses on building strong relationships with bank staff and customers, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve assigned insurance sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank stakeholders (branch managers, relationship managers)
    • Prepare insurance quotations and share proforma invoices when required
    • Engage prospective clients and recommend suitable products
    • Manage client portfolio to ensure satisfaction and retention
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and market trends

     Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related business field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good negotiation abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
