The Bancassurance Officer will promote and sell insurance products through bank channels.<\/p>\n

The role focuses on building strong relationships with bank staff and customers, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Achieve assigned insurance sales targets<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank stakeholders (branch managers, relationship managers)<\/li>\n
  • Prepare insurance quotations and share proforma invoices when required<\/li>\n
  • Engage prospective clients and recommend suitable products<\/li>\n
  • Manage client portfolio to ensure satisfaction and retention<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and market trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related business field<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Good negotiation abilities<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
